In 2022, the participants and honor chiefs of the workshop having arrived and having followed the safe regulation of the covid-19 prevention, Mrs. Lov Samnan, ED of ANKO had welcome all guest honors and participants and started the CFis capacity assessment by the agenda.
In the beginning, Representative of kompong svay district Mr. Thon Pottea, would welcome and open project and through the instructions above by supporting fund from European to FORUMCIV to partner AKPHIVATH NEARY KHMER Organization to implement this project “8 CFis Kampong Thom are Resilience with Impact of Climate change through Capacity building” (CFis-RICC).
In addition, Mr. Veng Vannak, Project Coordinator of ANKO organization, presented about background of organization and project key activities. The goal of project is “By the end of project, 8 CFis in Kampong Thom are resilience with impact of climate change through capacity building to CFis, sub-national authorities, and stakeholders. For this event and we divide the participant with three group discussions from 3 to 5 participants per group (Community Group, CFis Committees, and Local Authority Group) and he has shown the 5 criteria for assessment:
- institutional structure
- organizational planning
- resource mobilization
- networking
- stakeholder representation
